If the Sender is a contact or lead on CRM, you can directly access that record from your mailbox.

1. On Gmail, select an email to open.
2. If the email address of the sender is found on your CRM, some information is displayed on the sidebar.
3. Click **Open in Contact** to view more details on the sidebar.
4. Click **Open in CRM **to open the contact/lead record on your CRM.

## Social insights

Under **Social Insights**, the connector will display links of the sender's social media accounts, such as LinkedIn or Facebook.
