Netsuite Connector
the unaric sidebar connector for gmail and netsuite automatically detects the sender of a message and saves it in your crm with a single click also saves sent messages with a single click when you get a message from a contact not in crm you can create an account, contact or lead directly from your mailbox any feature that involves creating or adding records to your crm require a license purchase after the free trial period setup the netsuite connectors has additional requirements for integrating with unaric sidebar 1\ enable oauth2 make sure oauth2 is enabled in netsuite if not, netsuite administrator need to enable token based authentication and oauth2 globally by navigating to setup → company → enable features → suitecloud 2\ suite bundle installation in netsuite, navigate to customization > suitebundler > search and install bundles in the keywords box, type in ienterprises gmail connector click on ienterprises gmail connector from the resulting list and from the window that follows, click install follow the instructions and install the bundle 3\ getting script url once the bundle is successfully installed, navigate to customization > scripting > script deployments expand the filters panel and set the following filters type restlet status released record type all api version 2 1 script ienterprises gmail connector after filtering, you’ll find the connector deployment click the view button in the pop up window, copy the external url and paste in the gmail connector script section of the add in when logging in to netsuite from unaric sidebar, you will get automatically logged out from the browser session however, you can log in again in browser and use both the unaric sidebar and browser session without any issues 4\ login in gmail, open the netsuite connector add in you will see the login page, which displays when you first installed the add in or have previously logged out enter your netsuite url and script url and click continue another page will open click the connect to netsuite button enter your netsuite username and password and click login if 2 factor authentication prompt shows up, enter the code and click the submit button the authorization prompt will open, click continue and click the link to close the prompt if you are being asked for a script url, it means that the bundle install has not been done for your netsuite account to install it, refer to step 2 on this page
