Mozilla Firefox and Safari are also supported. ::: :::hint{type="warning"} *Microsoft Edge is known to have issues with drag-dropping and is not supported. * ::: :::hint{type="success"} For the best user experience, keep the scaling option on your monitor to 100%. In case you have **Unaric Segment Free** installed and want to upgrade to one of our paid plans, reach out to our support team at [support@deselect.com](mailto\:support@deselect.com), and we'll let you know how to proceed. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem ### [Enable Additional Business Units](docId:-S5VVuLW6U5xvI1SEDBY5) (Optional) Grant access to the Unaric Segment and Automations packages for new business units in SFMC Setup, and contact support to finalize the activation. This is only required if you already have Unaric Segment enabled in your organization and want to expand your access to additional business units. ::: ::::: ## Access Unaric Segment Once installed, Unaric Segment will be available in Salesforce Marketing Cloud on the menu bar on top, over the AgentExchange icon and then click **DESelect Segment**.
