Your subscription is tied to your entire Salesforce org. Meaning all of your Salesforce users share the same subscription. Note though if you have more than one Salesforce org (such as one for a different business unit), you will need a subscription for each org.

## Pricing

**Unaric Reports is free to try for 7 days.** After that you can continue to use all features for free except for scheduling and downloading components. If you need to set up Solutions, you can sign up for a plan starting at $50 per month. The subscription covers your entire organization as we don't charge per user.

## Update or cancel subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

1. Navigate to **Subscription**.
2. Click the **Update Subscription** button.
3. To cancel your paid subscription, select the Free version. To upgrade or downgrade, select the subscription you would like to move to. In each case, your charges will be prorated based on your change.
