Lists allow for an easier way to manage who you are sending solutions to. You create a list and then create a Solution using the list as recipient.

## Create list

1. Navigate to **Configure > Lists**.
2. Click the **Add** button.
3. Provide a name for the list and select the recipients.
4. Click **Save **to finish.

## Create Solution from list

1. On the **Lists **page, select the list you wish to use.
2. Click the **Solution **button. This will open the Solution Wizard.
3. Complete Solution creation. The list will appear as recipient on the **Send** step.
