If you have just created or modified Salesforce Fields, you may need to Refresh Recuirterbolt's Salesforce Settings before proceeding with the following steps.
:::

On integrated sites, Recruiterbolt can be configured to automatically populate certain fields within Salesforce with available 3rd party data. To define which fields in your Salesforce org are populated:

1. On your browser, click on the **Recruiterbolt Extension** icon.
2. Click on the **Settings** icon at the top of the extension This will open up the Recruiterbolt **Settings** page in a new tab.
3. Under the **Company-Wide Settings **tab, select **Field Mapping **and the object type: *Leads*, *Contacts,* or *Accounts.*
4. You will see a list of fields with a Recruiterbolt and Salesforce name. The left-hand column shows the Recruiterbolt field values while the right-hand column shows the currently mapped Salesforce fields.
5. You may also add a custom free text value into any Salesforce field upon creation. You could create a "Predefined Value" and map this to the Salesforce Lead Source field and then set the Predefined value as: "Created via Recruiterbolt" for example. To add a Predefined Value simply click on the Predefined Value button.

6. Once you finish the configuration, click **Save** to finish.

## Mapping Lead Fields for lead conversion

In Salesforce, a Lead can be converted into an Account, Contact, or Opportunity. Recruiterbolt's managed package creates two fields on the Lead, each of which you should map to the Account / Contact: The **Source Company URL** field on the Lead, which should be mapped to the Source Company URL field on the Account, and the **Source Profile URL** field on the Lead, which should be mapped to the Source Profile URL field on the Contact.

1. Go to **Salesforce Setup**. In Lightning, that's the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
2. From **Object Manager**, select *Lead* and go to the **Fields & Relationships** section, then click **Map Lead Fields**.

3. For each custom lead field, choose a custom *Account*, *Contact*, or *Opportunity* field into which you want the information inserted when you convert a Lead.
4. Click **Save **to finish.
