Unaric Prospect installs as a browser extension available on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and other Chromium-based browser, including Vivaldi and Brave. Firefox is not supported.

## Install Unaric Prospect

1. Install the Recruiterbolt extension from [Chrome Webstore](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/salesbolt-for-salesforce/efofnpgckiolloafapilchaapccpjpin). For Microsoft Edge, you might be required to [allow Chrome web store applications](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/add-turn-off-or-remove-extensions-in-microsoft-edge-9c0ec68c-2fbc-2f2c-9ff0-bdc76f46b026).
2. A pop-up window will ask you to connect Recruiterbolt to your Salesforce account and choose which environment to install it.

3. You will be redirected to Salesforce. Click the **Allow **button to provide permissions and finish the installation.

If you get an error message asking you to check your username and password, try selecting the **Use Custom Domain** link below the login button. Your Custom Domain will usually be present in your Salesforce account URL once you are logged in.

If the Unaric Prospect icon isn't showing after installation, click the** Extensions** button (*Jigsaw Puzzle* icon) in the browser to show all installed extensions. You can pin the extension so it always remains visible by clicking the pin icon next to the extension.

Not all supported browsers offer this option the same way—For example, in Vivaldi, right-click on the extension icon and click the **Hide**/**Show** button.

## How Unaric Prospect works

Unaric Prospect scraps integrated websites you visit and searches for information that matches your Salesforce records in your CRM or ATS. See [Integrations](docId:6qSoUP3nc4ffskfraC8PZ). Also, you can use it to update Salesforce contact info and create Salesforce tasks and records from any website.

## Sidebar mode

While you can use Unaric Prospect as a regular Chrome extension, it also has a dedicated sidebar mode. This is handy for creating a large volume of leads or if you are jumping around tabs while editing or creating a record. To open sidebar mode:

1. Click the **Recruiterbolt Extension** icon.
2. Click the **Sidebar** icon next to the search box.

3. The sidebar will open next to the browser window. Unlike regular Chrome extensions, the sidebar stays open in a separate window.

## Free trial

Unaric Prospect starts with a **14-day free trial**. No credit card is required to get started with a free trial. After your trial expires you will have unlimited free access to Unaric Prospect Lite, which provides weekly free credits you can use to create and view records. You can refer a friend or colleague to Prospect to get even more free credits.

Once your 14-day free trial expires your Unaric Prospect license will automatically roll over into our Free Tier *Lite* plan. The *Basic* plan offers the same Salesforce integration you're used to giving you visibility into existing CRM records on LinkedIn and other websites. However, it is a capped to creating or editing about 8 records per user, per week from the Recruiterbolt Chrome Extension, although you can still view and open existing records in Salesforce.

The Prospect Free Trial is by Salesforce Org. As such, if one of your colleagues has already installed Prospect, they will have started the free trial, and your installation might happen after your company-wide free trial has expired. However, you can use Prospect in Lite (Free) mode forever.
