The Bucket Salesforce account model (also known as the Individual account) stores all your contacts under a single account. This is common for organizations like non-profits, recruiters, and B2C companies.

## Configure Bucket Account search

Configure Prospect to search a specific Salesforce account when you perform a search within the extension. Here's how to use Bucket Account Searching in Prospect:

1. Open the** Prospect Extension**
2. Go to the **Company-Wide Settings **tab and select **Source URL Field Mapping**
3. You will see a section labeled **Bucket Account**. Here you can select the **Account Name** from the dropdown menu. This should be the name of the Salesforce account that stores all your contacts.
4. Choose the *Account* to finish. Once you've completed these steps, whenever you search within the Prospect extension, it will also search the contacts stored in your designated Bucket Account within Salesforce.

## Multiple Bucket Accounts search

To use multiple bucket accounts, you should have a custom checkbox field `salesbolt_bucket_account__c` on your Salesforce *Account* object. When the value is *true*, and the account is the most recently modified record in the system, then this will be defaulted to the account when the user creates a new *Contact*. The checkbox could be a formula or data field.

- A formula can be used to (e.g.) dynamically identify the bucket account on a per user basis at query time-change *true* or *false* for the account based on the user running the query.
- As a data field, then a new bucket account can be created each data period and the latest record used, or the sharing model can be set to private and the bucket accounts each restricted to distinct subsets of users.

To this end, you need your 18-digit Org ID. Then for that particular Org id the column `multiple_bucket_account_enabled` needs to be set to *True* in the `salesbolt_app_configuration` table in the database.
