Uninstall Asperato
if you've decided to uninstall asperato from your salesforce instance, follow these steps to avoid any disruption to your payment processing 1\ assessment and backup before uninstalling asperato, assess its integration within your salesforce workflows identify any customizations or configurations that might be affected this assessment is critical for planning your uninstallation process key considerations determine which salesforce objects and fields rely on asperato data document any custom workflows, triggers, or visualforce pages that interact with asperato identify any reports that use asperato data these reports will no longer function after uninstallation backup back up all data and configurations associated with asperato before proceeding this includes data within salesforce objects related to asperato while payment and authorisation data reside within your payment service provider dashboard and are not directly affected by the salesforce uninstallation, any asperato related data within salesforce itself must be backed up separately 2\ contact asperato and license suspension back up your data before contacting asperato for license suspension, as access to asperato objects and data will be lost after this step contact the asperato onboarding team at onboarding\@asperato com (or your customer success manager) before uninstalling the asperato team will take action on their servers to disconnect your system and prevent further transactions asperato support will then suspend your license and disable the connection to their backend server, immediately halting all payment collections processed through asperato data will no longer be passed through the asperato system after this step, you will no longer have access to asperato objects or the data contained within them 3\ uninstall asperato from salesforce once asperato has suspended your license, follow these steps to uninstall the package from your salesforce org log in to your salesforce org as a system administrator navigate to setup > apps > packaging > installed packages locate the asperato package in the list and click uninstall next to it follow the on screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process salesforce will display a list of components that will be affected by the uninstallation review this list carefully to ensure no critical functionalities are disrupted click uninstall to finish 4\ cleanup cean up any remaining components and configurations delete any custom fields, objects, workflows, triggers, or visualforce pages created specifically for asperato revoke any permissions or access rights granted solely for asperato
