You can modify the style attribute in the code (on your own site) to adjust the width, height, or apply other CSS styles as needed. ### Embed code Use the iframe snippet to embed the chart into your external site: ```html ``` The embed works on any website that supports iframes and can be customized to adjust it to your preference. If it's not displaying, and you have no IP restrictions configured, the issue may be related to the host site's iframe policies. :::hint{type="info"} Some platforms ask for an embed link instead of a full embed code. You can extract the link directly from the iframe snippet by copying the URL inside the `src="[Your Org Chart Embed URL]"` attribute. ::: ## Create and configure embed link :::hint{type="warning"} Only **Admin** and **Editors c**an **create**, **configure**, and **delete** embed links. ::: 1. Navigate to the org chart you want to embed. 2. Click **Create embedded link**. 4. Use the iframe snippet to embed the chart into your external site. Use the field under **Allow access only to the following IP addresses** to whitelist access to the embedded link. ![](https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/8U46cdD4FHoKekEMZZobD-p_YwPQSCa_xgbbhDpA6vn-20250802-045250.png) - Enter allowed IPs in CIDR notation (e.g., 192.168.1.100/32 for a single IP or 10.0.0.0/16 for a range). - Add one IP or range per line. - Leave empty to allow access from any IP address. - This filter applies to the viewer’s device IP, not the IP of the site where the chart is embedded. 6. Likewise, use the **Show only these custom fields **field to specify which custom fields to show. Custom fields are hidden by default in the embedded chart. Only fields explicitly allowed in the embed settings will be shown. 7. Users will: - See the entire org chart structure. - Access the employee and department side panel for details. - Use zoom controls and **View in Org Chart** functionality. - Use all chart navigation tools: - **Minimap** - **Compact / Standard view toggle** - **Collapse / Expand branches** - **Zoom In / Out / Reset Zoom** Top Navigation Includes Only: - The org chart’s custom logo, or Unaric’s logo if none is set. - A search field (with the same functionality as public links). - A Help Center button. ## Error states Users may see one of the following error screens when attempting to load the embedded chart. ### Chart lock screen Displayed when the chart is currently locked by an admin. ::Image[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/8U46cdD4FHoKekEMZZobD-2M4RlhSLFZYgugO2nZPQr-20250802-050230.png" size="80" width="1327" height="775" position="center" darkWidth="1327" darkHeight="775" showCaption="false"} ### Chart forbidden screen ::Image[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/8U46cdD4FHoKekEMZZobD-TYU8PW-cZDQXbB3Jz5Dqq-20250802-050349.png" size="80" width="1327" height="772" position="center" darkWidth="1327" darkHeight="772" showCaption="false"} Displayed in the following cases: - The viewer's IP address is not included in the embed's IP allowlist. - The embed link was deleted or no longer exists. - A blocking error occurs (e.g., network failure or internal configuration issue). ## Delete embedded link Deleting an embedded link permanently disables the existing embed. Any previously installed iframe using this link will stop working. :::hint{type="danger"} This action is irreversible. You can create a new embedded link later, but the URL will be different. ::: 1. Go to **Settings > Embed link**. 2. Scroll to the **Delete embed link** section. 3. Click the **Delete embed link** button. 4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
