Manage subscriptions & download invoices

All users who purchased the Pro or Business subscriptions can access the Manage Subscription settings. To access it:

  1. Click your Avatar or Profile Picture at the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. On Org Chart, click your avatar or profile picture at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select Manage Subscription. You will see your subscription information, including the billing cycle.
  4. Scroll down the page to find the Invoice History section. On this page, you can view and download your past invoices.

Delete you account

Only the Org Chart owner can request their account deletion. To delete your account, contact the support team at [email protected].

Why am I unable to log in?

  • Incorrect username or password: Double-check your login credentials.
  • Browser issues: Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Ensure your browser is updated.
  • Security settings: Security settings or VPN usage might block login. Adjust your security settings or disconnect from the VPN and try again.
  • Technical issues: Server downtime or connectivity problems may prevent login. Try again later or contact support at [email protected].

Issues with accounts created before June 2022

  • Duplicate accounts: This happens when you create one account using your Google account and a second account using your email address and password.
  • Access issues: If you have Org Chart data associated with your email address account and then log in with your Google account, you may lose access to your Org Chart data.
