Complementary to **Unaric Guide**, **Unaric User Analytics** enables you to analyse of how users interact with the help content you’ve placed throughout your Salesforce org.

Unaric User Analytics collects optional usage statistics that reveal how users consume content and how they feel about it. Many types of interactions are captured, including when users:

- *View Help Topics*
- *Leave comments using the built-in commenting tools*
- *Vote on content (e.g., thumbs-up/down or star ratings)*
- *Perform searches for help materials*

You can explore this data in several ways:

- Users with the **Help Administrator**, **Help Author**, or **Help Analyst** permission sets can switch the org into **Analyse mode** directly from relevant components. In this mode, help bubbles appear next to enabled fields; clicking a bubble displays on-page interaction analysis.
- A set of **pre-built reports and dashboards** is included for immediate insights.
- You can also create custom dashboards in your org. Unaric User Analytics ships with several ready-to-use dashboards focused on Help Topics and user engagement.
