### Left Menu

**All Help** – By default this shows ‘all help’ based on where the user is in the application, or what they can see. *Help Domains* may control content visibility. *Data Driven Filtering* may also limit what users can see, plus normal salesforce sharing rules on the Help Topics custom Object may also restrict visibility of content.

**Tagged Help** – Will show Help Topics that have been tagged by a Help Author

**Popular Topics** – Shows the most popular Help Topics for the area where you are in (Object level help). Popular in terms of other users engaging with that content.

**Quick Links** - Pre-defined list (up to five) links to common places. These are set in the ‘Global Help Settings’

**Guides** – This will show a list of available guides for the current page you are on.

**Reading Lists** - This will show a list of available Reading Lists for the current page you are on.

**My Help Bookmarks** – An easy way to gain access to your bookmarked help topics. Users can add and remove Bookmarks from individual Help Topics to populate their personal Bookmarks list.

**My Help Comments** – Shows a list of any personal comments made on Help Topics

**My Help Notes** – Shows a list of your Notes made on records, also provides a link to where you made the note as well.

### Right Menu

**Help Home** – This gives you access to the help portal where you can create/read help topics and reading lists.

**Comment **– Provides you the ability to leave comments on help topics which feeds back to the help authors.

**Hide List Item Details **– Allows users to remove some detail from the QAM listings of content.

**Re-Home QAM **– The QAM may be moved by users and this is remembered for future page loads, so this option allows the QAM to be re-set if need be.

**Help-Enable** – Provides you the ability to select which buttons/fields you would like to help enable.

**Reconfigure **– Provides you the ability to edit the help which you have already placed around various objects.

**New Help Topic** – Easily create a new Help Topic from anywhere.

**Lightning Out Builder **– Provides you the ability to create Lightning out components to be used anywhere.
