To finish setting up Embedded Help, you need to:

- Allocate licenses.
- Add the Auto-form component.
- Enable the Help-Enable Mode in the required pages.
- Enable the Quick Access Menu (QAM).
- Initialise Help settings.

## Allocate licences

Unaric Guide is installed with **Named User** licensing. When deploying to a production Org, licences need to be allocated to all users —both **Recipients** and **Notice** publishers— using the Manage Licences feature found within the Salesforce Org Setup: search for Installed Packages.

1. In Salesforce, navigate to **Setup > Installed Packages**.
2. Find the **Unaric Guide (formerly Improved Help) **package and click **Manage Licences**.
3. Select the users to grant licences.

## Add the Auto-form component

:::hint{type="warning"}
You need to be a Salesforce System Administrator to perform these steps.
:::

You need to add the Auto-form component to any record detail page where you want embedded help and interactive guides.

1. Open the **Lightning App Builder** for the object’s record page.
2. Navigate to the **Details** tab (or the section where you'd like the help features to appear).
3. Replace or supplement the standard Salesforce **Record Details** component with the **Improved Help: Auto-form** component from the managed package.
4. Save and activate the page.

## Enable Help-Enable mode

Once the Auto-form is available on a page:

1. Navigate to the page with the Auto-form component.
2. Locate the Auto-form component on the page.
3. Click the **Help-Enable** option within the component. The page will switch to **Help-Enable Mode**.

## Initialise Help settings

Finally, you must initialise Help settings to fully enable the creation of Help Topics, Reading Lists, and other help resources and prevent potential issues while using Help.

1. Open the **Improved Help for Lightning **app.
2. Go to the **Help Settings**.
3. In the **Quick-Start** tab, find the **Initialise Global Help Settings **section and click the **Initialise Settings **button.
