Templates are handy if you ship the same type of orders with the same equipment to the same recipient repeatedly. Templates cannot be committed or processed.

## Creating a template

1. On the **Equipment Orders** tab, click the equipment order you want to create a template of.
2. On **Details**, check the **Template **box and click the **Save **button.
3. When you want to use the template, enter the order and use the **Clone** feature from the action bar to create a new equipment order from it.
