The Select Available Equipment feature provides a convenient way to add equipment to orders while ensuring availability.

How it works

  • Automatic verification: The feature automatically verifies if the desired equipment is available within the specified dates on your equipment order.
  • Bulk selection: Add multiple pieces of equipment at once, choosing between reservations or loans as needed. This feature follows your existing equipment list views and any administrator-configured filters, making it easier to find the right items.
  • Limitations: Currently, this feature does not support managing equipment pools or consumable items.

Select available equipment

  1. Select the equipment order on the Equipment Order page and click the Select Available Equipment button.
  2. On the Equipment pane, use the checkbox to select the available equipment. You can use filters to find equipment.
  3. Use the dropdown button to choose between Loan and Reservation and click the Add selected as button to finish.
