The Change Dates feature allows you to adjust the start and end dates of an equipment order while simultaneously checking for potential scheduling conflicts.

  1. On the Equipment Order tab, go to the order you want to change dates.
  2. Click the Change Dates button on the action bar.
  3. Set the dates you want to change and click the Check lines button.
  4. A list of the order equipment and their availability will be displayed. The system will categorize equipment as either:
    • OK: Items that are available for the selected dates.
    • NOT OK: Items that have conflicts and cannot be committed with the current dates. Unavailable equipment will be presented alongside their next available date.
  5. If all equipment is available, click on the Change Dates button to finish.
