How do I know which contacts will be excluded from a planned Send?
in deselect engage you can generate a data extension with the saturated contacts for a given send, so you can plan a different strategy for them when configuring a send in the calendar, enable the create "excluded members" data extension option by doing this, deselect will automatically generate a new data extension in the same location as the data extension used as the target of the send with the suffix " excluded" with the saturated customers for this send when is the excluded members data extension refreshed? daily until the day of the send, after every refresh of deselect engage note that, by adding new campaigns, rescheduling existing campaigns, or modifying the saturation rules, the contacts saturated might change hence, the excluded members data extension is refreshed daily based on the latest configuration of the calendar in which sends can i generate an excluded members data extension? the excluded members feature is only available for one time sends; if you want to work with the excluded members of a recurring send, we recommend that you do so in the excluded path of the journey
