1. Add your Sends to DESelect Engage's calendar, and select the option 

2. In the folder where you have the Audience Data Extension, DESelect Engage will generate a separate DE with the same name and "_excluded"

3. When configuring your Send in Email Studio/Automation Studio, you can now use this _excluded DE as an exclusion list.
